Rocket & Goose was born during the lockdown of the spring of 2021, when I was struggling to keep my mind and hands occupied productively. My family and I had not long moved to Wiltshire from Somerset, and we found ourselves in another lockdown. My daughters were both studying online, and my husband was working from home full time, shut away in his study. As a part-time early years teacher, I was planning activities for my class online, recording stories, checking in with parents and giving feedback to the children on the tasks they had completed, but I found myself needing an outlet for my energy.

I studied Art as part of my degree, so I decided I needed something creative to do...and a after a quick visit to Amazon, I had my first polymer clay kit to play with! I loved it from the start! I spent hours watching YouTube tutorials and lots of money investing in tools and materials, now nearly two years later, here I am! I can't quite believe how far my little kitchen table hobby has come. I love what I do and I love to hear your ideas too - so keep them coming!
